Happy Birthday Harry Potter™!
On July 31st people around the world celebrate Harry Potter’s birthday. That’s pretty remarkable when you think about it, that a fantasy story can have that kind of tradition. But what I love most about Harry Potter™ isn’t just the fantasy… the magic, the creatures, or the adventures. It’s the friendships, the courage, and the reminders that kindness and loyalty matter. Harry, Ron, and Hermione taught us that even ordinary people can do extraordinary things when they stand together.
As an artist, I’ve found great inspiration in the Wizarding World™. Creating Harry Potter-inspired artwork has been especially meaningful because it’s something I can share with my children and grandchildren, who love these stories as much as I do.
One of my greatest joys has been watching a new generation discover Hogwarts™ for the first time. Seeing their excitement as they meet favourite characters, choose a Hogwarts™ house, and experience the magic of the books brings back wonderful memories of our own journey through the series.
So this July 31st, I’m celebrating more than Harry Potter’s birthday. I’m celebrating the stories that bring families together, spark imagination, and create memories that last for generations.
